16 year old Austin Hay from the USA has built his own house on a budget making him one of the youngest people in America to have a home without a mortgage. The best part is that you could do the same thing with determination and a summer job.
Many people are currently creating their own small houses around the country in a movement known as the Tiny House Movement. The book "The Not So Big House" is credited with starting this new backlash against supersized homes.
