These simple post it notes allow you to create one goal for yourself to do that day. It could be something little or something big but either way its one goal and the sense of achieving what you set out to achieve is a good feeling. This idea is so simple and yet I think is clever and kinda unique although you could obviously just buy a blank pad and write a goal on that.
